1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to AP Insight. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services provided by AG VENTURES LTD ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.
 

2. Services Provided

AP Insight offers the following professional services:
Life Coaching: One-on-one coaching sessions focused on personal development, goal achievement, and breaking limiting patterns
Shadow Work & Inner Child Reparenting: Deep transformational work addressing unconscious patterns, childhood wounds, and authentic self-discovery
Business Consulting: Strategic consulting for entrepreneurs and business leaders, including business strategy, positioning, and growth planning
Marketing Consulting: Digital marketing strategy, brand positioning, CRM strategies, and GDPR-compliant marketing approaches
Workshops & Group Programs: Facilitated group experiences including the "Outside the Box" workshop and custom corporate programs
 

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Booking Process

To book a session or consultation, you must submit an enquiry through our website contact form or by direct communication with us. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by AP Insight.
 

3.2 Initial Consultation

We offer a complimentary 30-minute initial consultation call. This call is designed to assess fit and discuss your needs. It does not constitute a coaching or consulting session and does not create an ongoing professional relationship.
 

3.3 Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.
 

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Pricing Structure

Individual Sessions: For one-on-one coaching and consulting services, clients receive personalized offers tailored to their specific needs. You can choose between:
Hourly Rate: Pay-as-you-go pricing for individual sessions
Package Deals: Discounted rates in exchange for a longer-term commitment, providing more accessible pricing for sustained transformation and growth
Your personalized offer will be provided during or following your initial consultation, outlining the recommended approach and associated fees.
Workshops and Group Programs: Pricing for workshops and group programs will be clearly stated at the time of registration.
 

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required in advance of the scheduled service.
4.3 Currency
All fees are quoted in EUR (Euro).
4.4 Taxes
All prices are inclusive of applicable Bulgarian VAT where required by law.
 

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Individual Session Cancellations (by Client)

More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge
24-48 hours notice: 50% fee applies; may reschedule with 50% fee payment
Less than 24 hours notice: Full session fee applies; no refund
No-show: Full session fee applies; no refund
 

5.2 Workshop Cancellations (Public Workshops)

For our public workshops (including "Outside the Box" and other group programs):
14 days or more before the event: Cancellation accepted; full refund provided
Less than 14 days before the event: No cancellation accepted; no refund offered
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person with our approval, subject to the workshop's capacity and suitability.
 

5.3 Private Group Workshop Cancellations

For private group workshops arranged specifically for your organization or group:
Before Contract Finalization: Changes to the proposal (dates, content, participants) can be negotiated
After Contract and Dates Agreed: You may change the workshop date up to 14 days prior to the scheduled event at no additional charge
Cancellation 14 days or more before event: Full refund provided
Cancellation less than 14 days before event: 50% of the workshop fee is charged; remaining 50% is refunded OR you may reschedule to a new date if applicable
 

5.4 Our Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a scheduled session or workshop, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
 

6. Code of Conduct and Client Responsibilities

6.1 Client Commitment

Effective coaching and consulting requires your active participation and commitment. You agree to:
Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions
Engage honestly and openly in the process
Complete agreed-upon actions between sessions
Communicate promptly regarding scheduling or concerns
Treat the coach/consultant and other participants (in group settings) with respect
 

6.2 Unacceptable Behavior

We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately without refund if you engage in:
Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward the coach/consultant or staff
Violation of confidentiality in group settings
Illegal activity or requests for assistance with illegal activity
Persistent disruptive behavior that prevents effective service delivery
 

7. Confidentiality

7.1 Our Commitment

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching and consulting sessions. Information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.
 

7.2 Exceptions

Confidentiality may be breached without consent only in the following circumstances:
Risk of serious harm to yourself or others
Child abuse or neglect
Court order or legal requirement
Professional supervision (where details are anonymized)
 

7.3 Group Settings

In workshops and group programs, all participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by others. While we enforce this expectation, we cannot guarantee confidentiality maintained by other participants.
 

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Nature of Services

Our coaching and consulting services are provided for educational, developmental, and strategic purposes. They are not a substitute for:
Psychotherapy or mental health treatment
Medical advice or treatment
Legal advice
Financial planning or investment advice
 

8.2 Mental Health

If you are currently experiencing severe mental health symptoms (including but not limited to: active suicidal ideation, severe depression, active psychosis, or substance abuse issues requiring immediate intervention), coaching may not be appropriate. We may require that you work with a licensed mental health professional concurrently or instead of our services.
 

8.3 No Guaranteed Results

While we bring extensive experience and expertise to our work, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Your results depend on many factors including your commitment, circumstances, and actions taken.
 

8.4 Business Consulting Disclaimer

Business and marketing consulting services are provided based on experience and expertise but do not guarantee business success, revenue growth, or any specific financial outcome. All business decisions remain your responsibility.
 

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Materials

All content, materials, worksheets, frameworks, and methodologies provided during our services remain the intellectual property of AG VENTURES EOOD. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal development only.
9.2 Restrictions You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials
Use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission
Remove copyright notices or attributions
Present our materials as your own work
 

9.3 Website Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AG VENTURES EOOD and protected by copyright laws.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
We are not liable for outcomes resulting from your implementation (or non-implementation) of advice, strategies, or recommendations
We are not liable for technical issues, connectivity problems, or third-party platform failures during online sessions
 

11. Online Services and Technology

11.1 Platform Requirements

For online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have:
Reliable internet connection
Functioning audio and video equipment
Private, quiet space for sessions
Necessary software or platforms installed (as communicated in advance)
 

11.2 Technical Issues

If technical issues prevent session delivery for more than 15 minutes, we will reschedule at no additional charge. Time lost to minor technical disruptions (under 10 minutes total) is not refundable.
 

12. Data Protection and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
 

13. Termination

13.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate our coaching/consulting relationship at any time by providing written notice. Fees for services already delivered or scheduled sessions within the cancellation notice period remain due.
 

13.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may terminate our services immediately if:
You breach these Terms
Your behavior is abusive or threatening
We determine that our services are not appropriate for your needs
There is a conflict of interest that cannot be resolved
 

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
 

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing any legal action, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. Many issues can be resolved through direct communication.
 

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For active clients in ongoing programs, we will provide notice of material changes.
 

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
 

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and AG VENTURES EOOD regarding our services.
